How To Disable Auto-Play on iPhone & Android

Operating systems for provide a little different approach enable or disable Auto-Play settings.  As the prices for data usage with your phone carrier are not that cheap, iPhone/ Android/ and Windows basically provide the option to set Auto-Play when on Wi-Fi.
